cellists

Four young and talented cellists break the boundaries between fun and classical music. They completely captivate the audience with their refined sense of humor and with their masterful performances of most famous classics, but also movie soundtracks, jazz, rock and pop hits.

Since its foundation in 2006, Prague Cello Quartet  strives to introduce classical music to listeners of all ages, and to simultaneously entertain and inspire the audience. You will be literally enraptured by the surprising arrangements of the most unusual songs and by their spectacular concerts, gags and jokes.

“The four are able to truly enthuse the spectators. They handle their instruments with confidence, smile and self-irony. Each of these players is both an unrivalled soloist and a great team member.

The quartet presents a mixture of intelligent humour, tasteful entertainment, passion for music, instrumental prowess and charm that will enthral audiences of all age groups.”
